Why choose Tierra del Fuego

Why choose Costa Adeje

What makes Costa Adeje such a great place to live? Aside from the fantastic scenery and the fact that the 27-hole Golf Costa Adeje makes it any golfer’s dream, the area has so much to offer everyone. Unlike the major tourist resorts in Tenerife, Costa Adeje is not over developed, nature and beautiful landscapes prevail here, with the modern infrastructure built carefully into the natural surroundings.

Costa Adeje offers many opportunities to relax and take in all that this corner of Tenerife offers, with no fewer than 6 Blue Flag beaches, dozens of fine restaurants offering a variety of Canarian and International Cuisine. Not to mention a plethora of diverse opportunities for entertainment, including sports, water-sports, nightlife and a multiplex cinema.

Costa Adeje is only a 25 minute drive from the Tenerife South’s International Airport and is well connected with the rest of the Island with the TF1 Motorway running along its inland boundary. Shopping Centres and Retail parks are abundant on the outskirts of the nearby town of Adeje and for those thinking of a permanent move with children; there are several good schools in the area, including two International Schools.

Clearly one of the main reasons to live or buy in Costa Adeje is to surround yourself with exceptional beauty. Waking up each day to a beautiful sunny climate and looking out of your window across green fairways, to views of the Atlantic Ocean and the neighbouring island of La Gomera. Tenerife does not get any more postcard perfect than Costa Adeje. This coupled with an excellent infrastructure; Costa Adeje is one of the most desirable places to live in Tenerife.
